How are OnlyPaw providers vetted?
Every provider submits a government ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie, passes a pet-safety knowledge test with a 70% pass mark, and uploads service-specific documents — photos of their home for sitting and boarding, driving licence, vehicle registration and vehicle photos for pet taxi, and a certificate for grooming or training. The OnlyPaw team reviews each application before approval.
Where does OnlyPaw operate?
OnlyPaw is live in London and across the USA, and also in the UAE, the GCC and cities worldwide. Because it's a marketplace, who you can book depends on the providers approved near your address — the app shows who's available before you pay.
How does payment work?
You pay in the app. Providers set their own prices. At checkout OnlyPaw adds a service fee of 10% of the service price, with a minimum of USD 2 and a maximum of USD 20 (or the equivalent in your local currency), shown before you pay. Your payment is held and only released to the provider after the service is completed.
Can I cancel a booking?
One cancellation rule applies to every booking: you get a full refund (including the OnlyPaw service fee) if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, and no refund after that. If the provider cancels, you always get a full refund.
What if there’s an emergency during a booking?
Every active booking has an SOS button in the app. It alerts the other party and the OnlyPaw team straight away. If your pet needs urgent medical care, contact a vet or emergency clinic first.
Can I become a provider on OnlyPaw?
Yes. See how to join or download the app and choose Provider. OnlyPaw’s commission is 25% on jobs priced under USD 150 and 20% on jobs of USD 150 or more (or the local-currency equivalent); earnings become available 7 days after a job and are paid out on the 1st and 15th of each month.
