How do I sign up as a pet care provider?

Download the OnlyPaw app, create an account, and select "I'm a Provider" during registration. You'll need to complete our verification process, which includes identity verification and a background check.

Is my pet insured during services?

Yes, every booking made through OnlyPaw includes basic pet care insurance coverage. This provides protection in case of accidents or incidents during the service.

How does GPS tracking work?

When a provider starts a walk, the app activates real-time GPS tracking. You can follow the walk live on a map, see the route taken, distance covered, and duration. You'll also receive photo updates during the walk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed within the app — no cash transactions needed.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking through the app. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service are fully refundable. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
